The company is active worldwide in 40 countries employing more than 4.500 logistics experts.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Perform cost accounting administration and provide effective support to finance and logistics operations team(s), in order to continuously improve our Italian logistics operation.
Within the role you will work together with colleagues in EU RHQ and HQ, therefore, we are looking for a Korean native speaker.
In this role you will report into the SDS Italy Finance Manager.
KEY ACTIVITIES
Cost control and management:
• Perform Logistics Cost Control activities like: costs verification, costs booking and allocation, settle disputes with 3PL’s.
• Manage exceptional costs for Italian subsidiary to achieve cost-benefits.
• Finalize Cost Control activities in order to meet Monthly logistics costs closing deadline and reporting
• Act as contact person for assigned logistics operations and LSP’s in order to answer any questions or issues regarding invoices processing
PROFILE
For this role, we are looking for a candidate who can develop their analytical skills and management of big data files.
Our ideal candidate is a detail orientated and a flexible problem-solver with a strong hands-on mentality that is used to work in teams.
• Bachelor / Master degree (preferably in Finance management or Supply chain)
• Fluent in Korean, Italian and English.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Financial Knowledge
• Highly analytical and advanced user of Excel
• Problem solving skills
