Title: English-speaking freelance European sales manager
STARmed Co., Ltd. is a young and fast-growing company in South Korea specializing in radiofrequency technology. Passionately working on the best possible RF treatment, STARmed has collaborated with several Key Opinion Leaders in developing the most innovative electrodes and leading-edge RF technology for various clinical applications. STARmed is now recognized as the global leader in thyroid RFA.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building our sales and marketing strategy, developing and managing sales opportunities, and maintaining relationships with our clients. Your collaborative nature and technical knowledge and understanding will help you succeed when coordinating with technical departments and internal sales and marketing teams.
Job Overview
Develop account strategies based on market research and customer segmentation
Identify and develop new opportunities, closely working with customers & STARmed team to ensure the business is engaged
Manage customer accounts constantly with strong ownership, following Company guidance
Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to the team
Excellent customer-focused relationships skills in medical institutions and medical staff
This is a freelance opportunity (Annually Contract)
Basic Qualifications
Excellent Korean and English language skills (verbal and written), a further language, e.g., French, is a plus
Willing to travel
Open-minded to working in an intercultural work environment.
3 + years of experience in medical device sales experience or
1 - year of experience in medical device sales experience are required to be trained a year.
Location-based in Marseille, France, or Rome, Italy
Support Business Ops activities through accurate operational demand/forecast/sales numbers with data, insight & justification and achieve the targeted team’s goal
Preferred Qualifications
Sales experience in the medical device business directly will be a plus
